of gratitude for your continued commitment.*
*NOTE: Donors become eligible for their gift at their 12-month anniversary of uninterrupted support. Appreciation gifts for recurring donors are sent only after one full year of consecutive giving. Donors may also opt out of receiving a gift at their discretion.

Q: Are donations tax-deductible?
A: Yes. TOMLF is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by federal law. Donors will receive an emailed receipt for each contribution.
Q: What payment methods are available for recurring donations?
A: Recurring donations can be set up securely using a credit or debit card, PayPal, Cash App Pay, or a U.S. bank ACH transfer. To get started, click HERE or call us at (702) 956-0713 for assistance.
Q: When will my credit card or bank account be charged?
A: Your first recurring donation is processed immediately when you complete your gift. After checkout, you can choose or update your future billing date through your donor account. Recurring donations are automatically processed on the date you select.
Q: Can I change my recurring donation amount, payment method, or billing date?
A: Yes. Donors have full control over their recurring gifts. You can update your donation amount, change your payment method, adjust your billing date, or cancel your recurring donation at any time by logging into your donor account using the email associated with your donation.
Q: How do I access my donor account?
A: After making a donation through our donor platform, you will receive an email receipt with a link to manage your donor account. From there, you can view donation history and manage your recurring gift preferences.
Q: When will I receive my annual donation statement?
A: Annual donation summaries are emailed to recurring donors in February for the prior calendar year. Individual receipts are also sent automatically after each donation.
