The highest military decoration awarded by the United States Armed Forces. It recognizes acts of valor by U.S. Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airmen, Guardians, and Coast Guardsmen.
$500 = One (1) squadron outing to help improve morale and mission focus.
Awarded to Airmen (USAF) and Guardians (USSF) for extraordinary heroism in combat against an armed enemy force.
$250 = One (1) week of meals for a family during a tragedy.
Awarded for gallantry in action against an enemy while engaged in military operations or while serving with friendly forces against an opposing armed force.
$100 = One (1) private counseling session.
Recognizes single acts of heroism or extraordinary achievement by individuals participating in aerial flight.
$50 = One (1) gift voucher for an airman facing hardship.
Awarded for heroic achievement, heroic service, meritorious achievement, or meritorious service in a combat zone.
$25 = One (1) month of gap funding (i.e., tutor, lab fees, textbooks).
Recognizes single acts of heroism or meritorious achievement during aerial flight.
$10 = Every dollar creates a tangible, positive impact on our rescue personnel and their families.

Q: Are monthly donations tax-deductible?
A: Yes! TOMLF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowable by federal law.

Q: What payment methods are accepted for monthly donations?
A: Debit or credit card may be used to set up an automatic monthly donation online HERE or by calling us at (702) 956-0713.
Q: When will my credit card first be charged?
A: Monthly charges occur once per month. Your first online gift will be charged to your card on the date that your transaction is made. All subsequent charges will occur on the same date you first started your monthly giving.

Q: When will I receive my annual statement?
A: Monthly donors will receive their annual statements in February of each year.

Q: Once I make an online gift, how can I make changes to my account (e.g., change the
amount, change my credit card, stop giving)?
A: It’s easy! Please call (702) 956-0713. If we receive your changes before the month’s processing deadline, we can make them effective for that month. If not, changes will take affect the following month.
